Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro is a natural amphitheater 600 meters deep and 20 kilometers wide. On its floor, a self-contained ecosystem supports one of the densest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Black rhinos move through the grass, flamingos paint the soda lakes pink, and Maasai herders graze their cattle along the rim.
